​Groundwork Richmond will never sell, trade, rent, or publish donor names (unless permission to publish is given for recognition purposes only). All donor information is securely stored and encrypted. Donor information is held solely for receipt purposes, appreciation letters, internal record-keeping, future solicitations, and reporting to state & federal agencies (as required by law). All staff members sign donor information confidentiality agreements.

Why make a contribution to Groundwork Richmond? To do this work, we need funds for a variety of different community services. Check out our detailed list of funds below for more information. You can designate all or parts of your donation to a Groundwork Richmond Fund, including the:

• Green Team Fund – this fund supports youth education, career training, employment of local youth, transportation to city locations for community work days and transportation to National Parks for outdoor immersion experiences, food for community participants & staff at work days, wages for educators, safety gear, annual recognition events, etc.

 

• Tree Fund – buys trees for the community and the supplies needed to support their young lives. 

 

• General Support Fund – this fund can go into any one of our community programs (including either of the two funds listed above) and the training, staffing, tools, administrative work, etc. to make them happen! This fund supports whichever program most needs it at the time of the donation. ​
