A construction industry professional, he has worked on over a dozen civic and infrastructure projects in Richmond as a consultant and contractor. His firm provides owner’s representation, project management, and construction management services, focusing on community-oriented building projects. Join Our Board of Directors!Are you passionate about environmental justice, community service, and leadership? Groundwork Richmond (GWR) is seeking dedicated and skilled individuals to join our Board of Directors and help shape the future of our work!
For over 12 years, GWR has been transforming Richmond’s urban landscape—planting over 2,500 trees, mentoring youth through our Green Team program, and co-creating spaces like Unity Park, a $5 million community park in partnership with Friends of the Richmond Greenway (FORG). Now, we’re looking for enthusiastic leaders to help us continue this momentum!
We’re Seeking Board Members with Expertise In:
- Finance, marketing, and fundraising (including donor networks)
- Law (employment, nonprofit, copyright, or contract law)
- Mediation and arbitration
- Land use and facilities management
- Leadership experience in organizations relevant to GWR’s mission
-Bilingual candidates (Spanish/English) highly encouraged!
